Description

Made of safety elements, the ratchet system integrated into Easyflex allows it to withstand multiple snapping forces while maintaining its cable support function.


TOTAL PERFORMANCE

Thus, the connection can endure multiple consecutive short-circuit currents without the attachment system being fused or needing replacement.

In the horizontal plane, the bracket permanently supports all or part of the axial force developed by the connection, over a suspension span, due to its expansion caused by temperature variations and transmitted through the attachment.


EASY, QUICK AND TOOLLESS ASSEMBLY AND DISASSEMBLY

Easyflex was designed to allow for a much shorter assembly time compared to traditional clamp or strap attachment systems mounted on brackets. The installation of an Easyflex attachment requires no tools!


ALL-IN-ONE SOLUTION

The ease of assembly and disassembly of the Easyflex attachment system allows cables to be secured quickly, either phase by phase or directly in a cloverleaf arrangement, depending on the needs during cable laying and adjustment operations.

Moreover, the progressive tightening design requires very little movement. Indeed, the anti-reverse adjustment system ensures it can adapt to all variations and tolerances in cable diameters while ensuring a good distribution of tightening forces over the cable surfaces without exceeding the permissible pressure.


OPTIMAL SECURITY AND EFFICIENCY

Since Easyflex is fully integrated into the bracket. It has no sharp edges or protruding metal parts that could damage the cable sheath during handling, adjustment, or the snaking (garland) process.

The Copoprotec® coating provides the entire solution with flexible mechanical protection thanks to its elasticity (75 shores).

HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR EASYFLEX INSULATED STRAP FASTENER?

The choice of an EASYFLEX bracket is determined by:

  1. the load to be supported: two models of the bracket are available, LIGHT (700 daN) or HEAVY (1200 daN)
  2. the diameter of the cable, its linear mass, and the spacing between each EASYFLEX system

The choice of the EASYFLEX LIGHT or HEAVY strap is made depending on the electrodynamic force to be supported:


EXAMPLE

  • 225 kV cable - 2000 m2 AL
  • Icc 31.5 kA asymmetry coefficient 1.98
  • cable ∅: 122 mm
  • Linear density: 15.2 kg/m
  • Icc peak = 1,98 x 31,5 kA = 62,4 kA
  • F = (0,17 x 62,4²) / 0.122 = 5 426 N/m

  • Weight to be supported by the bracket: 15,2 x 3 x 3,6 = 164,16 kg
  • Force to be supported by the EASYFLEX strap: 5426 x 1,2 = 651 daN

An all-in-one solution, Easyflex is a fast cable fastening system for trefoil cables installed on Copoprotec® brackets, capable of withstanding the electrodynamic forces resulting from cable short-circuits.

EASYLIFT

The EasyLift model allows for easy and quick installation either under the brackets or suspended from the ceiling with the use of a chain.


The EasyLift model features a pivot axis at the attachment point of the Easyflex strap, as well as a rotation option at the attachment axis on the bracket.

These two axes, along with the adjustable height on the bracket, provide great flexibility in mounting according to the actual configuration and trajectory of the cables.

EASYBLOC

Rapid cable support system for trefoil or single cables on an insulated base for floor mounting, also available with EasyCurve.


The metal cradle coated with Copoprotec® insulating resin is designed to perfectly fit each cable size.

The clamping forces of the Easyflex strap, tested in a COFRAC laboratory, are distributed over a larger cable contact surface.

The floor fixation method is to be determined by the installer based on the nature of the ground. Standard holes are provided for M12 anchoring bolts.

EASYFLEX SNAKE LIGHT OR HEAVY

Quick support system for trefoil cables on a bracket with a curved through that ensures the cable bending radius and distributes the forces on the support.

Quick intermediate mounting system for trefoil cables between two brackets, capable of withstanding the electrodynamic forces caused by cable breakdowns (the quantity to be installed varies according to the defined spacing between two brackets and the electrodynamic force).

EASYCURVE

A quick system to support cables using either a bracket or the Easybloc model (see CNER authentication file).


The radii of curvature can be optimized with a reduced ground clearance for the Easybloc model (cradle contact plane at a minimum of 37 mm from the ground) while preventing the cable from rubbing against the ground, along with adjustable height and angle via articulated posts.

Cable ascent areas, especially under transformer stations, are areas where the risk of mechanical stress on the cables can be high

These stresses are exacerbated in the case of low radii of curvature as well as insufficient cable support during ascents.

Depending on the configuration of the ascents, the number of Easycurve posts may vary to support the cables in the best way and thus limit the risk of excessive mechanical stress on the cable and its insulating sheath.
