Composite HTB protections
HTB protections are custom-designed and manufactured in COMMET GROUP factories. They protect the entry heads of the armored cables and prevent any tools or components from falling into the basement of the gas insulated substation.

Description
They are made of panels, capped posts, and bases for tubes:
- The capped tubes are fixed to the panels with blind rivets
- The bases are secured to the ground with ring anchors
- The tubes, to which the panels are attached, are inserted into the bases and can be disassembled at any time to facilitate access for technicians.
SAFETY AND QUICK INSTALLATION
COMMET GROUP offers lightweight and modular HTB hatches protections tailored to their dimensions.
The metal legs coated with Copoprotec® insulation rated at 10 kV provide robustness and ease of installation without the need for grounding.
To allow quick access to the equipment during inspection and maintenance operations, the composite panels are retractable.
